Friedl Sensei's Books & Video's

Book

Games have been part of every culture since the existence of men and women on this planet.  Most games focus on the issue of winning and losing.  This competitive spirit is taught to us at an early age and is continually reinforced as we grow and mature.

This book provides an alternative to competitive games.  For over 20 years Friedl Sensei has been teaching and developing games for children that, rather than fostering competitiveness, instead foster an awareness of harmony, blending with one's environment, and develop trust and positive relationships.
